  • Once you have decided on a date, please email your preferred date and package type. We send all contracts and invoices electronically. Please include in your email - bride’s name, email address desired on contract/file and preferred cellphone contact.

  • Yes, there is a Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Senatobia, 7 miles south on I55. Also, there are many hotel selections located in Southaven, about 15 minutes north on I55.

  • Yes, you may have any catering company or you may provide the food yourself. We do have a kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop oven, and a large three basin sink area but it is not a prep kitchen, food will need to be prepared prior to arriving or prepared in vendor outdoor equipment, i.e. Taco vendor/BBQ vendor, etc.  We just require a vendor list 30 days prior to the event.

  • Yes, we provide floor length table linens in black, white and ivory for up to 200 guests.

  • Yes, scheduling will be based on availability and determined by Wynnewood.

  • If serving alcohol, clients will provide all alcoholic beverages. Bar service requires all alcohol to be served by an ABC licensed bartender, no self-service or cash bars are allowed. Ice and all glassware is provided by client as well.

    Beer, wine and hard liquor is allowed. Depending on number of guests and type of alcohol served, we may require a security guard.

  • Credit card, check and cash.

  • Wynnewood only schedules one event per day. We want to be sure your day has all the attention and details attended to, to make it all you envisioned.

  • Yes!! Your pet is welcome. We just ask they are people and pet friendly.

  • Hours of events all begin at 800am. All bridal party and any vendors or deliveries will need to be after that start time.

  • While we do not provide a dedicated day-of wedding coordinator, we do have a team lead on-site to ensure everything on the venue side runs smoothly.

  • The Wynnewood staff will handle all standard clearn up and trash removal throughout and following the wedding reception. Caterers and bartenders are expected to bus tables and clean up the kitchen and bar area respectively. All decorator and floral items not belonging to Wynnewood must also removed from the venue and cottages by the client between 11p and 12M.

    There are services, if needed, that have additional costs and are listed. These services, bartender, waitstaff, e.g., are ones, if needed, by our couples, we can hire for your convenience for you.

    If planning, in advance, to use venue for indoor wedding/reception and want full chairs for wedding, there is a fee to flip the room of $1000. This does not apply to “Plan B” for inclement weather.
