Thank you so much for booking a tour at Wynnewood! One of my favorite things about owning Wynnewood (other than our weddings!), is seeing those here for the first time, experience what we see everyday!

Arrival Information:
623 Palestine Rd., Coldwater, MS
When you arrive at Wynnewood, you will come up a long drive with a pond and fountain to your left in a meadow.
Continue up the drive and you will see the red brick with white columns venue to your left.
The parking area is on left in the front area by venue. Please park anywhere in lot there and Jimmy will meet you outside the venue to start your tour! His cell phone contact is 901-647-1816.
Please bring anyone you would like to see the venue prior to booking with you to the tour.
Sometimes we just can’t think of it all!! Having family or friends to support you in your tour to ask questions or provide some ideas, is a great way to be sure you get the most out of your tour time!
As our busy season begins, it is more challenging to accommodate additional walk throughs, so as many that can join on your first visit, the better. We don’t want to leave anyone out that can’t wait to see your choice of venue!
Just a reminder, we can’t hold dates without a signed contract.
We know intentions are best, but we must have dates blocked only by those that have a contract. So, once you have decided, please be sure to let us know asap, so we can get your contract/invoice to you to complete
If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.
We know life happens! We would love to be able to give others opportunity to visit, if you are unable to. As well, our staff can’t wait to meet you, but have other tasks we can take care of if you are unable to make it.
